WebEstate operates as an ICANN-accredited reseller. All registrations are subject to the applicable registry policies, ICANN consensus policies, and our Registrant Agreement.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is shown at checkout in USD. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once registered. Renewals are billed at then-current pricing.
4. Acceptable use
- No use of registered domains for phishing, malware, or other unlawful activity.
- No interference with our infrastructure, security, or other customers' use of the service.
5. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or registry policies.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebEstate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
