Information we collect
- Account information (name, email, password hash).
- Registrant information required by ICANN for each domain.
- Payment metadata (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Operational logs and analytics for fraud prevention and service improvement.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your account and domain registrations.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, renewal reminders, security alerts).
- To comply with ICANN, registry, and legal obligations.
WHOIS privacy
Free WHOIS privacy is enabled by default on every eligible domain. Your registrant information is replaced with a privacy proxy in public WHOIS lookups, while remaining on file with the registry as required.
Sharing
We share data only with the registries needed to register your domain, our payment processor, and service providers under contract. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain account and billing records as required by tax and ICANN compliance rules, then delete or anonymize them.
