Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-22

We pay registries for domain registrations the moment your payment clears, which means most domain charges are non-refundable.

Domain registrations

Generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply where registry policy permits a grace-period refund, or where a registration fails on our end after charge.

Failed registrations

If a domain you paid for cannot be registered with the registry, we will refund the affected domain in full and notify you within 24 hours.

Transfers

Transfer fees are non-refundable once the transfer is initiated, since registries charge us at that point.

Add-ons

WHOIS privacy is free. Other add-ons may be refundable on a pro-rated basis if cancelled within the first 7 days. Contact support to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@webestate.example with your order ID and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
