This Registrant Agreement applies to every domain registered, renewed, or transferred via WebEstate Domains. It incorporates ICANN's Registrant Rights and Responsibilities and the applicable registry policies.
1. Registrant rights and responsibilities
Your full rights and responsibilities as a registrant are set out by ICANN at icann.org/resources/pages/responsibilities-2014-03-14-en.
2. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registrant information, and to keep it updated. Knowingly providing false WHOIS information is grounds for suspension.
3. Transfers
Domains may be transferred between registrars per ICANN's Transfer Policy. Domains are locked from transfer for 60 days after registration or a prior transfer.
4. Renewals and expiration
We send renewal reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration. Expired domains enter a redemption period during which restoration may incur a registry-set redemption fee.
5. UDRP and dispute resolution
Domain registrations are subject to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any applicable ccTLD dispute policies.
6. Suspension for abuse
Domains used for phishing, malware, botnet command-and-control, or other prohibited activity may be suspended or deleted in cooperation with the registry.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a domain registration is limited to the fees paid for that registration in the prior 12 months.
